FreePBX UK is the official UK hosting brand for FreePBX, delivering managed FreePBX instances to UK businesses on dedicated infrastructure. We provide our customers with reliable hosted PBX, snapshot-based provisioning, transactional email, and the support that comes with being part of Sangoma's UK partner network. FreePBX UK is not in the business of monetising or otherwise using customer or third-party information for any purpose beyond delivering the service.
Depending on Your relationship with FreePBX UK or the Services You purchase or use, FreePBX UK may collect some or all of the following information about You:
- Your name, email address, physical address or location, date of birth, phone number, or other personally identifiable or demographic information;
- The name and physical address of Your business;
- Your VAT number, company registration number, or other business identifiers where required for billing or compliance;
- The name, email address, physical address, or phone number of Your employees, customers, or other third parties that interact with You when using the Services;
- Your or Your employees' behavioural history such as IP addresses, internet traffic information, cookies, browsing history, or history of your interactions with the Services; and
- Any content You contribute to, post on, or share when using the Services.

FreePBX UK collects Information automatically in some instances. For example, when You access certain Services, FreePBX UK may gather certain metadata or details concerning the manner in which You interact with the Services.
